The Nail Institute is Montana's only dedicated Nail Technology & Esthetics School.

The Nail Institute is a Creative Nail Design and Esthetics school that uses the industry's best product line to teach students proven systems for selecting the ideal products to meet a client's needs. Having the support of nail design and esthetic master educators, we provide high level training for students by building technical skills and enthusiasm to succeed in a service-oriented industry.

Our Nail Technician Course exposes students to all aspects of Nail Technology and provides them with the technical skills and basic principles they need to become successful Nail Technicians. The course is designed to prepare students for the state licensing exam and for entry into the professional nail industry.

Our Esthetician Course exposes our students to all aspects of Esthetics, including: skincare, makeup, sanitation, waxing, and even salon management. The goal of this course is to prepare the student for the state licensing exam and eventual entry into the industry.

At our school, students benefit from small classes, experienced instructors and a school that offers Nail Technology and Esthetics as their only course of instruction.

Mission Statement

Curriculum

WE ADHERE TO REQUIRED MT STATE BOARD OF BARBERS AND COSMETOLOGISTS CURRICULUM GUIDELINES.

The course is a 12 week training program, with the first 110 hours focused on basic intensive training. At the completion of the course, students will be trained and prepared to take the MT State Board Examination and apply for their license to practice as a professional nail technician or esthetic professional. Other occupational opportunities may include salon owner, manager, and manufacturer representative or product educator.
COURSE DESCRIPTION:

Students will learn all aspects of sanitation and disinfection, the basics of all nail and/or skincare services, plus product application and techniques.
